Magic Slice

This is my take on a recipe that was on the label of a condensed milk can many moons ago, it’s called magic slice because the ingredients are layered in the slice tray and when baked it all comes together. Magic slice is deliciously chewy and has the appearance of a complicated slice but that is far from the truth.

You can choose any dried fruits and nuts you prefer or have on hand, making it very convenient to what’s in your pantry. Perfect to enjoy with a cuppa anytime or to take along to any function or gathering, it also freezes well.
