We don’t eat a lot of seafood at home so when we do it is always a simple dish using a mild tasting fish.
Coating fish fillets in a spiced flour then lightly cooking in a pan or barbeque is a very quick meal option in the warmer months. All you need to do is serve it with a salad and you are done.
The spiced flour can be made in advance, making a larger batch, and stored in an airtight container and use as needed, and make the yoghurt dressing while the fish is cooking.
