Spiced Fish Fillets with Yoghurt Sauce
Grilled fish with a spicy coating served with a Mint yoghurt.

- 2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Plain Flour
- 4 White Fish Fillets
- 60 ml Olive Oil
Yoghurt Dressing
- 200 ml Natural Yogurt
- 2 tsp Mint, chopped
- 2 tsp Chives, chopped
- 1 Lemon
Combine the flour and spices in a shallow bowl.
Coat the fish in the spiced flour.
Heat the oil in a shallow pan.
Cook the fish a couple of minutes on both sides until fish is cooked.
While the fish is cooking combine the yoghurt, mint, chives and the rind of 1/2 lemon.
Serve fish with a salad, the dressing and a wedge of lemon.
Make a larger batch of the spiced flour and store in an airtight container and use as needed.
Gluten free flour can be used.
