Who doesn’t love an old fashioned rich and gooey Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding. This pudding is probably the most loved in our whole family, there is usually photo’s taken and shared with whichever family member isn’t present at the time just to brag and rub salt into the wound.
Chocolate pudding is soft chocolate cake that somehow as it cooks makes its own rich chocolate sauce underneath making the most delicious dessert served warm.
Such an easy recipe with every ingredient a pantry staple and so quick to whip up but with delicious results. The only question is do you serve it with cream, ice cream or both, and if I want to bring it to the next level I do serve it with a drizzle of berry coulis and fresh berries.
