Easy Quiche
Whip up one of these simple quiches for an easy brunch or quick dinner that's sure to satisfy family and friends alike. This recipe was given to me by a close friend many years ago and has become a firm favourite in our kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 Onion grated
- 4 Rashers Bacon diced
- 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup Tasty cheese, grated
- 4 Eggs
- 11/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Parlsey chopped
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven 180 C
- In a large bowl combine onion, bacon, flour and cheese, stir well.
- Add eggs, milk, parsley salt and pepper, combine well, pour into a well greased quiche dish or baking dish.
- Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until browned and set.
Notes
TIPS
Can use gluten free flour, it works well.
Can add grated zucchini/carrot/pumpkin, chopped tomato etc or replace for the bacon to make a vegetarian version.
This quiche freezes well.
