I use Milk Chocolate but any can be used

Flaked Almonds
Toasted lightly optional
Instructions
Preheat oven 180C
Line swiss roll tray approximately 25cm x 30cm with baking paper.
Place the biscuits in tray.
In a small saucepan melt the butter and brown sugar stirring until it combines and foams up.
Pour over the biscuits and spread to cover completely.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate melts and spread with a knife when they melt and top with nuts or desired topping.
Allow to set in the fridge and cut or break up.
Notes
Makes a great gift when packaged.
Changing the type of chocolate and topping used makes it interesting.
