Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven 180C
- Line swiss roll tray approximately 25cm x 30cm with baking paper.
- Place the biscuits in tray.

- In a small saucepan melt the butter and brown sugar stirring until it combines and foams up.

- Pour over the biscuits and spread to cover completely.

- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate melts and spread with a knife when they melt and top with nuts or desired topping.

- Allow to set in the fridge and cut or break up.

Notes
Makes a great gift when packaged.
Changing the type of chocolate and topping used makes it interesting.
