In a large bowl collect all the ingredients except extra barbeque sauce and extra cheese.
Combine the mixture well.
Roll the meat mixture into balls and place onto an oven tray/dish, depending how I am serving these meatballs depends on the size I make them, larger for a meal with mash or smaller for finger food.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Brush with half of the extra sauce, bake a further 5 minutes.
Repeat the last step and sprinkle with extra Mozzarella bake a further 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and enjoy.
Notes
Just as good portioned larger for a meal or made mini and served as finger food with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
