Slow Cooked Mint Lamb Shanks
Tender lamb shanks in a mint gravy

- 4 Frenched Lamb Shanks
- 2 Tbsp Plain Flour
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Pepper
- 1 Cup Mint Jelly
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Water
Place flour, salt and pepper in a freezer bag, toss the lamb shanks in the flour.
Place the Shanks in a greased slow cooker bowl.
Mix the sauces and water together.
Pour over the shanks and cook on low for 7-8 hours
Serve with mashed potato.
If the sauce is too thin place in a small saucepan and simmer until reduced by half.
