Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat, add onion and lamb or beef, stirring to break up any lumps, cook until browned 4-5 minutes.
Add carrot, parsnip and zucchini cook a further 3-4 minutes.
Combine gravy powder, sauces, pepper and water, whisk until smooth.
Preheat oven 170C
Stir into the meat mixture and bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour meat into greased 2Lt oven proof dish or into individual ramekin dishes.
In saucepan cover potatoes with water bring to the boil and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
Drain water off and mash potatoes, add butter and milk, mash until smooth.
Spoon potatoes on top of the meat and sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter.
Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes until the top is browned.
Serve with a salad or steamed vegetables.
