Ingredients
  

  • 8 Sausages
  • 4 Rashers Bacon
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Gravy

  • 2 tsp Seeded mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Gravox Gravy powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1 tsp Worstershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • Pinch White Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dice onion and bacon.
  • In a large fry pan heat the oil, fry the onion and bacon until the onion is softened and bacon is cooked.

  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan cook the sausages until browned and cooked through, remove from the pan and cut them into 3-4 pieces, set aside.

  • Add the bacon mix back to the pan with the gravy ingredients ,stir constantly and bring to the boil, simmer 5 minutes.

  • Return the sausages to the pan and simmer a further 10 minutes

  • Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
