Dice onion and bacon.
In a large fry pan heat the oil, fry the onion and bacon until the onion is softened and bacon is cooked.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan cook the sausages until browned and cooked through, remove from the pan and cut them into 3-4 pieces, set aside.
Add the bacon mix back to the pan with the gravy ingredients ,stir constantly and bring to the boil, simmer 5 minutes.
Return the sausages to the pan and simmer a further 10 minutes
Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
