Large Potatoes Peeled

Onion grated

Plain Flour
Gluten Free is Fine

Salt
Pinch
Pepper
Vegetable Oil to shallow fry
Instructions
Grate potatoes, place into new chux or muslin
Squeeze out excess liquid from potatoes
Combine all remaining ingredients except oil
Over medium heat, heat oil in a fry pan and drop spoonful's into oil, cook 5-10 minutes
Turn and cook on other side a further 5-10 minutes or until golden
Drain on kitchen paper, keep warm in a low oven whilst cooking remaining mixture
Serve with a generous sprinkle of salt.
