- Preheat Oven 200C
- Sift flour into bowl, make a well (divet) in the flour and add cream and lemonade,combine well with a knife.
- Turn out on to a floured surface pat together, working quickly and lightly, press out and use scone cutter or a glass to cut scones.
- Place on oven tray and bake for approximately 15 mins or until browned.
