Lin a slice tray with Glad Bake or Tin Foil
In a large bowl break up biscuits into small pieces, I like to do this by hand to have more control over the size.
Add biscuit crumbs, coconut and grated lemon rind to biscuits.
Melt butter in a jug then stir in the condensed milk until smooth and well combined.
Pour this mixture into the biscuit mixture and stir well.
Press firmly into the lined slice tray then smooth with the back of a spoon
In a bowl combine the icing sugar, butter, lemon juice and gradually add enough boiling water to make a smooth spreadable mix.
Spread icing onto slice and sprinkle with a little extra coconut if you like.
Put into the fridge to set for approximately 2 hours.
