Honey Mustard Vegetables
Lightly steamed vegetables tossed with a little honey, mustard and butter.

- 4 Cups Fresh vegetables eg: Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Snow Peas, Brussel Sprouts, Slices of Corn on the Cob etc.
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Seeded Mustard
Prepare vegetables by peeling and slicing where appropriate.
To a large serving bowl add the honey, butter and mustard.
Steam vegetable varieties individually as their cooking times varies.
Add the vegetables to the bowl and toss in the butter, honey and mustard and if needed microwave for a few minutes to warm the vegetables.
I often prepare the vegetables early in the day and then warm them just before serving.
Use any of your favourite vegetables.
