Honey Joys

Honey and cornflake treats

Ingredients
  

  • 90 gm Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Castor sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 4 Cups Cornflakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven 150 C
  2. Line a 24 pattypan with paper cases.
  3. In a large saucepan heat together butter, sugar and honey, stir until melted and becomes frothy.
  4. Stir in the Cornflakes and combine well.
  5. Spoon into patty cases.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, allow to cool. (this step is optional we prefer ours go straight in the fridge)

Notes

Using Gluten Free Cornflakes makes this a gluten free recipe.
Baking the honey joys is optional as we prefer ours unbaked and stored in the fridge.
