Prepare vegetables, top and tail beans and cut into serving size, cut broccoli into flowerets, cut base off the brussel sprouts and cut in half
Steam Vegetables until just cooked
Heat butter and garlic in a pan then sauté the vegetables a couple of minutes and serve.

You can use any green vegetable, sugar snap peas, snow peas, zucchini, asparagus etcThis dish can be partly prepared in advance by steaming the veg early and then sauté veg at serving time.
