Garlic and Sweet Chilli Prawn Skewers

  • 8 Bamboo Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Raw Green (uncooked) Prawns
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil or Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley or Coriander Chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish combine the oil, garlic, Sweet Chilli sauce, Soy sauce, Lime juice and parsley or coriander.
  • Add the prawns and stir to coat with the marinade, set aside in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Thread 3 prawns on to each skewer.
  • Cook skewers for 2-3 minutes each side or until prawns turn pink and are cooked through.
  • Serve with salad.
