Line a pudding bowl with a double layer of glad wrap,
Coarsely chop the Oreo biscuits.
Place the candy canes in a snap lock bag then wrap in a tea towel and gently bash with a mallet or a rolling pin until coarsely crushed, reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.
In a bowl mixing with an electric beater, beat the cream, condensed milk, milk powder and vanilla paste for 3-5 minutes or until it is thick and creamy.
Fold in the biscuits and crushed candy canes.
Spoon into the prepared pan, bring the glad wrap over the top of the ice cream to seal. Place in the freezer for 5 hours or until set.
To serve, remove from the freezer, unmould and unwrap, place on your serving plate and pour over the Ice Magic and sprinkle with reserved candy canes.
