Method
- In a large saucepan add oil, onion, bacon and celery, gently fry for 5 minutes or until onion is softened.

- Add potatoes and fry a further minute.

- Add the stock, creamed corn and the black and white pepper, bring to the boil.

- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
