Cheese and Bacon Puffs
Delicious cheese and bacon morsels that will have you going back for more.

- 2 Cups Cheese grated
- 3 Rashers Bacon finely chopped
- 3 Spring Onions Sliced
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn
- 1/2 Cup Parsley chopped
- 1 Cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2-3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Egg
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Pepper
Preheat oven 190 C and line a baking trays with glad bake.
In a large bowl combine cheese, bacon, spring onion, corn, flour and parsley.
Add the egg, mustard, salt, pepper and milk, mix well.
Spoon rounded tablespoons of mixture onto oven trays.
Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or till browned.
Cool on trays.
Makes 24 tablespoons size or 40-50 dessertspoon size for finger food.
Add or change ingredients ie: Salami, Chorizo, Roasted Capsicum, grated zucchini, grated carrot, sweet potato, herbs and spices.
