Method
- Preheat oven 180 C
- In a fry pan or large oven proof casserole pan brown the beef, bacon and onions in a little olive oil if needed.
- Stir in tomato soup and a soup can of water, tomato sauce and mustard stir in well and bring to the boil.
- Stir in the raw pasta and 3/4 cup of grated cheese.
- If your pan is oven proof sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
- If you need to use another pan or oven dish grease it lightly and tip in the meat and pasta mixture topping with the remaining cheese and baking as above.
- Serve with a green salad.
Notes
Chopped carrot, celery, capsicum or zucchini could be added when frying the beef.
Chopped pickles could be stirred in with the cheese if desired.
