- In a large pan fry the spring onions and capsicum in sesame oil until softened
- Add beef and cook until brown, add garlic, ginger, chilli, carrot & zucchini
- Cook 10 minutes, add sauces and some water if needed, stir through coriander
- Serve with steamed rice and sprinkle with peanuts
Notes
Sometimes I add Noodles to this dish eliminating the need for rice, any noodles would be fine, egg noodles, hokkien, Rice noodles etc
