All in One Pavlova

- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 Cups Castor Sugar
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp Boiling Water
Preheat Oven 180 C
In bowl of a mix master add all ingredients and beat on high for 15 minutes
While pav mixture is beating line a tray with baking paper.
Pile the mixture onto a tray and spread out a little.
Place the pav in the oven..
Reduce the oven temperature to 130 C and bake 1 Hour.
Turn the oven off, leaving the pav inside to cool, this will take several hours or overnight.
Fill pav with whipped cream and the topping of your choice.
Unfilled pavlova can keep for several weeks if stored in an airtight container.
Pavlova can be cooked in many different styles, a traditional round, as a slab or even in the shape of a wreath which looks pretty amazing decorated with berries etc.
I like to make a pav and cool in the oven overnight, this helps to dry it out and stops it from cracking too much. (it will still crack but cream covers a lot of sins)
