Air Fried Gnocchi

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Gnocchi, Fresh or Shelf -stable I use Otway Pasta Company
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil I use Grampians Olive Co
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, finely gated I use Symons Organic Dairy Co
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning I use Screaming Seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt I use Black Garlic Salt

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. To a bowl add oil, cheese and seasonings, stir to combine.
  2. Add the gnocchi and toss to coat.
  3. Preheat air fryer 4 minutes at 190C.
  4. Cook Gnocchi in the basket for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket 2-3 times.
  5. Serve with any dipping sauce or flavoured mayonnaise.
