I can remember many times when we have returned home from holidays where we have eaten out frequently one of the first meals that I cook is Sausages or Rissoles with mash and vegetables, thoroughly enjoyed and the plates are cleaned up quickly, proving that although we love to eat out we still crave the good old fashioned basics.
The tasty gravy is made using a few pantry basics.
Use your favourite sausages in this recipe, we are lucky to have a fabulous local butcher that makes beautiful sausages in many different flavours so changing the sausage flavour can change the meal completely.
