Lemonade Scones

These scones are so easy to make, enjoy them with cream and jam of your choice.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups S.R. Flour sifted
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 1 Cup Lemonade

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven 200C
  2. Sift flour into bowl, make a well (divet) in the flour and add cream and lemonade,combine well with a knife.
  3. Turn out on to a floured surface pat together, working quickly and lightly, press out and use scone cutter or a glass to cut scones.
  4. Place on oven tray and bake for approximately 15 mins or until browned.
