Prawn Skewers can be cooked on the barbeque, in a pan, grilled or baked in the oven. They cook very quickly so don’t start cooking until you are ready to serve.
They are super easy and this recipe can be changed by swapping out the sauce for any of your favourite sauces that you have in the pantry.
The skewers are perfect to serve as a starter to a meal or at a barbeque and they are also delicious served with a salad as a meal.
