Plain vegetables can be a bit boring for some so adding a little flavour can go a long way to making a side dish something special and I find that this combination for the Honey Mustard Vegetables is delightful.
Steaming whatever vegetables you have or that are in season until just cooked then adding honey, mustard and butter is all you need to do to lift vegetables to the next level. It is also a great way to prepare vegetables earlier in the day if you are having guests, then I just microwave the bowl when I’m ready to serve
